Adael Shinn lives in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

Adael's love of singing began as a child in the old-time southern gospel tradition. Since then she has gone on to become a marvelous writer and singer who never fails to charm audiences wherever she goes. Adael is also a powerful bass player and has played with such bluegrass greats as Earl Scruggs, John Hartford, and Jimmy Martin. She has also performed with Josh Graves, Kenny Baker, Curly Seckler, and Larry Perkins.
